Agility (renamed from Agility Robotics in March 2026) builds the Digit humanoid for repetitive, physically demanding work in warehouses, distribution centers and factories. In June 2026 it announced a plan to go public through a merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI; the deal had not closed as of October 1, 2026.
