Qibitech
Tokyo developer of HATS, vendor-agnostic software that controls robots from different manufacturers on one platform and links them to warehouse and factory systems.
Qibitech was founded in November 2011 and is based in Shinagawa, Tokyo, led by chief executive Kenichi Maehara. Its HATS platform integrates control of multiple robots from different manufacturers and connects them with upper-level systems such as warehouse and manufacturing execution systems, building equipment such as elevators, and AI tools. In September 2026 it introduced HATS Standard and HATS Pro grades and a HATS SDK for developers and system integrators. It targets logistics, manufacturing, facility management and inspection. The company raised about 810 million yen in March 2024 in a round led by JIC Venture Growth Investments and about 600 million yen in a Series B in September 2026.
