Mobileye Global Inc. designs EyeQ systems-on-chip and software for driver assistance and autonomous driving. Intel is its majority owner and sole holder of Class B stock. The company reported 2025 revenue of $1,894 million. In January 2026 it agreed to buy humanoid robot developer Mentee Robotics for $900 million in cash and stock, closing the deal on 3 February 2026, and targets series production of the MenteeBot humanoid in 2028.
