Singapore-headquartered maker of tactile dexterous robot hands, haptic data gloves and manipulation robots
Sharpa is an AI robotics company founded in 2024 that focuses on dexterous manipulation. It is headquartered in Singapore, with manufacturing and R&D in Shanghai and business operations in Mountain View, California, according to a December 2025 company release. Its SharpaWave hand has 22 active degrees of freedom and a Dynamic Tactile Array at the fingertips; Sharpa said in December 2025 that the hand had entered mass production. At CES 2026 it showed the full-body North robot and its CraftNet vision-tactile-language-action model, and in June 2026 it supplied hands for NVIDIA's Isaac GR00T reference humanoid. At IROS 2026 it launched the D01 robot, the W02 hand and the AE01 haptic data glove. Sharpa has not disclosed funding rounds.
