D-Robotics
Chinese supplier of robot compute: Sunrise chips, RDK development kits and software for robot makers.
D-Robotics (Shenzhen D-Robotics Co., Ltd.) sells Sunrise processors, RDK robot development kits (RDK X3 at 5 TOPS, RDK X5 at 10 TOPS, RDK S100 at more than 80 TOPS) and software tools such as Node Hub and RDK Studio to makers of humanoids, companion robots, robot vacuums and lawn mowers. It was registered as a subsidiary of Horizon Robotics in September 2023; Horizon said in March 2026 that its stake had been diluted from nearly 70% to about 40% and that it would stop consolidating D-Robotics and account for it as an associate while remaining the largest shareholder. On 17 September 2026 D-Robotics said it had closed a US$400 million Series C and that cumulative Sunrise chip shipments had passed 8 million units by the first half of 2026.
