Mind Robotics is a Palo Alto, California company founded in 2025 by Rivian chief executive RJ Scaringe to build AI-enabled robots for dexterous, variable and reasoning-intensive factory work. Rivian set it up in November 2025, deconsolidated it in March 2026 and held 32.1% on a shares outstanding basis at June 30, 2026. It raised a $115 million seed led by Eclipse in late 2025, a $500 million Series A co-led by Accel and Andreessen Horowitz in March 2026 and a $400 million Series A-1 led by Kleiner Perkins in May 2026. It has not published a robot specification.
