Feather Robotics Inc. sells an open-hardware, bimanual mobile robot platform, priced at US$32,990 with a launch price of US$29,990, with 600 mm of vertical travel, 1 m reach, a 360-degree holonomic base rated up to 1.3 m/s and dual hot-swappable batteries for 10 hours of operation, according to its website. Buyers choose their own compute and models. Co-founder and CEO Hoa Mai previously co-founded Kind Humanoid, which was acquired by 1X; co-founder and CPO Parsa Bakhtiari worked at Tesla during the Model 3 production ramp. Lead investor Gradient said on 30 September 2026 that Feather came out of stealth that month with a US$7.6 million round and had passed US$1 million in revenue.
